Jonathan Claudius
Jonathan has spent more than two decades building security teams and programs around systems with real operating, financial, and reputational risk. Before founding AR, he served as Chief Security Officer at Jump Crypto, Director of Security Assurance at Mozilla, and Lead Security Researcher at Trustwave SpiderLabs. His work spans product security, incident response, vulnerability research, open-source ecosystems, and the leadership required to keep security close to how teams actually build.
Felix Wilhelm
Felix is one of the security researchers clients want closest to their hardest technical problems. Before co-founding AR, he worked at Google Project Zero and Jump Crypto, where his research focused on finding subtle, high-impact vulnerabilities in complex systems. His work on web3 protocols has helped clients avoid more than $5B in potential losses through careful analysis, responsible disclosure, and fixes that hold up under adversarial scrutiny.
Jeff Schroeder
Jeff brings deep systems and infrastructure experience to AR’s most operationally demanding work. His background spans high-frequency trading infrastructure at Jump Trading and Virtu, large-scale platform work at Ticketmaster, Linux and open-source infrastructure, automation, validator operations, and security engineering. At AR, he applies that operator’s view to how critical systems behave under load, fail in production, and need to be hardened before clients depend on them.

We come from a variety of backgrounds, but we share a strong sense of curiosity and know that the hardest problems cut across verticals.
